Sr Lee Ka Lun, Stephen, Chief Executive Officer of Chun Wo Construction Holdings, shared the Company’s future development plans and the new opportunities raised in the construction industry. He pointed out that new opportunities brought from the rampant local property market and the mega development plans such as the “North East New Territories New Development” and “Lantau Tomorrow Vision” will benefit the construction industry, while the 10 major infrastructure projects came on stream. He further pointed out that Chun Wo will keep looking for more efficient and safer construction methods and technologies, such as Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) and Building Information Modelling (BIM), to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of construction.
