Customer Services Officer

Responsibilities

  • Deliver quality and professional customer services by providing accurate and sufficient information to customers in professional and polite manner at all times according to our standards and procedures
  • Handle and follow up customers’ enquires and comments
  • Provide daily operation support
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Having passion in Luxury Industry is welcome
  • At least 1 year relevant experience in customer services. Fresh Graduates with strong interest will also be considered
  • Must be independent
  • Presentable, Proactive, Polite and willing to learn
  • Form 7 graduate with good command in spoken and written of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Shift work is required (Sat, Sun and public holiday shift will be subjected to team rotation manner) 
  • Immediate available is preferred.
