Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment, stationery and supplies, etc
  • Perform data checking, data entry, filling and routine duties to the operations and sales team
  • Other ad hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above with a year of experience in office administration (Fresh graduate will also be considered)
  • Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese including Mandarin
  • Responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, independent
  • With good attitude and willing to learn
  • Immediate available is preferred
